First let me start off from saying Rasheeda!!!!!! Amazing alway thought she was the Gm . She handles everything ,very out going, hard working lady Keep a smile
Some occasional roaches here and there but nothing too bothersome for me since I could just dispose of them. I’ve seen and stayed at WAY worse hotels and this hotel isn’t one of those hell holes. Also, Front desk staff is amazing!! Would stay here again for sure if I were in the neighborhood. P.s: the hotel is pretty clean overall
I've been here nearly a year, and the team here is awesome. Eric, Maryanne, Rasheeda, Tom, Allen. They all work hard and work together. There's always a pleasant greeting for me are the front desk and we totally feel safe in this place.
A one week reservation turned into an 9 month reservation reason: Because I feel safe,it feels like home, the other guests friendly in passing. I would like to shout out Maria from management very sweet kind approachable values people!! I can not leave out Will front desk customer service rep. from day one when he welcomed me in instantly he gave me family vibes. Let me be clear I'm not trying to hype nobody up just simply speaking on my experience. Home until 2/26

The entire stay has been like a "home away from home" type of experience...cozy, clean, comfortable, and friendly. I've never experienced such a feeling from a hotel before...I'm a traveller so I do know! This was my first time staying here at Extended Stay America and definitely will not be my last!
